At Rico Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality aesthetics products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Incorrect Items Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days, and we will ensure the correct product is sent to you.
There will be no refunds after services are rendered. We strive to provide a high-quality service. If there are any issues, please reach out and we will aim to fix them at the earliest convenience.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Skincare or lip care products that have been opened or used
- Injectable treatments or aftercare products
- Digital products or e-gift cards
Return Process

- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
- If approved, we will provide return instructions (if a return is necessary).
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
